DAY 1 – ARRIVE IN HANOI | WELCOME TO INDOCHINA
Land in Hanoi and transfer to your hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. A welcome briefing with your golf concierge covers the 15-day journey ahead — courses, logistics, border crossings, and highlights between rounds. Evening stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake before a welcome dinner showcasing the best of northern Vietnamese cuisine.
DAY 2 – HANOI | ROUND 1 AT BRG KINGS ISLAND GOLF RESORT
Transfer to BRG Kings Island Golf Resort — set on a verdant peninsula where two lakes converge, approximately 45 minutes from central Hanoi. The Lakeside Course winds gracefully along the water’s edge while the Mountainside Course cuts through forested ridgelines with dramatic elevation changes. A strong opening round that sets the tone for the journey ahead. Return to Hanoi for a cultural afternoon: the Temple of Literature and the 36 Streets.
DAY 3 – HANOI TO HA LONG BAY | OVERNIGHT CRUISE
A scenic transfer to Ha Long Bay — UNESCO World Heritage Site. Board your boutique cruise among thousands of limestone karsts rising from emerald water. The afternoon unfolds at the bay’s own pace: kayaking through hidden lagoons, swimming in a private cove, or simply watching the karst silhouettes sharpen as the sun drops. A fresh seafood dinner on board, followed by a night drifting in the silence of the bay.
DAY 4 – HA LONG BAY TO DA NANG | ROUND 2 AT BRG DA NANG GOLF RESORT
Morning Tai Chi on the sundeck, brunch on board, then transfer back to Hanoi for your afternoon flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, transfer directly to BRG Da Nang Golf Resort for a late afternoon round — golden hour golf at Nick Faldo’s coastal masterpiece where the fairways meet the East Sea. Check in to your beachfront resort. Dinner at leisure.
DAY 5 – DA NANG | ROUND 3 AT MONTGOMERIE LINKS
An early tee time at Montgomerie Links, Colin Montgomerie’s links-style design through coastal sand dunes. The ocean breeze is a permanent playing partner here. Afternoon free. In the evening, drive south to Hoi An Ancient Town for a lantern-lit wander through the UNESCO-listed Old Quarter. Dinner riverside: Cao Lau, White Rose dumplings, and banh mi.
DAY 6 – DA NANG | ROUND 4 AT LAGUNA LANG CO GOLF CLUB
The scenic Hai Van Pass coastal drive north delivers you to Laguna Lang Co Golf Club — another Nick Faldo signature course threading between the Truong Son mountains and a pristine lagoon. Jungle, meadow, and waterside holes in a single round make this one of the most varied layouts on the tour. Lunch at the Laguna resort, then return to Da Nang. Evening flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 7 – HO CHI MINH CITY | ROUND 5 AT LONG THANH GOLF CLUB
Transfer directly to Long Thanh Golf Club — consistently rated the #1 golf course in Vietnam — for your fifth round of the tour. Three 18-hole courses spread across 300 hectares of rolling hills with mature tree-lined fairways, natural lakes, and immaculate greens. Return to the city in the afternoon for an electric buggy tour through Saigon’s colonial landmarks.
DAY 8 – FLIGHT TO PHNOM PENH | CAMBODIA WELCOME
Fly to Phnom Penh — Cambodia’s capital on the confluence of the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers. Visit the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda, and Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. Late afternoon at leisure along the riverfront promenade. Dinner at a Cambodian restaurant in the BKK1 neighborhood.
DAY 9 – PHNOM PENH | ROUND 6 AT VATTANAC GOLF RESORT
Morning round at Vattanac Golf Resort — two 18-hole courses designed by Nick Faldo on the outskirts of Phnom Penh. A welcoming layout that allows golfers to settle into Cambodia at their own pace. Afternoon transfer to Phnom Penh airport for your flight to Siem Reap.
DAY 10 – SIEM REAP | ANGKOR TEMPLE SUNRISE & ROUND 7 AT ANGKOR GOLF RESORT
A 5:00 AM departure for Angkor Wat — to watch the sun rise over the world’s largest religious monument. Breakfast at a nearby café before a mid-morning round at Angkor Golf Resort — a Nick Faldo design that threads between ancient ruins and tropical jungle in the shadow of the Angkor complex. Playing golf beside 900-year-old Khmer temples is an experience that exists nowhere else in the world.
DAY 11 – FLIGHT TO VIENTIANE | LAOS ARRIVAL
Fly to Vientiane — the quietest, most unhurried capital city in Southeast Asia. Wide boulevards, French-era architecture, golden stupas, and a pace of life that immediately slows you down. Explore the city: Patuxai Monument, Pha That Luang, and the Nam Phu fountain square. Dinner at a riverside Lao restaurant.
DAY 12 – VIENTIANE | ROUND 8 AT LONG THANH VIENTIANE GOLF CLUB
The final competitive round of the Grand Tour. Long Thanh Vientiane Golf Club — a 27-hole layout and the finest international-standard course in Laos — delivers a fitting conclusion. A post-round celebration lunch at the clubhouse with the group. Evening: a sunset walk along the Mekong, watching the lights of Thailand flicker across the water on the opposite bank.
DAY 13 – FLIGHT TO BANGKOK OR CHIANG MAI | THAILAND FINALE
Fly to Bangkok or Chiang Mai — your choice for the final two nights. Bangkok for urban energy: rooftop bars, street food in Chinatown. Chiang Mai for mountain calm: night bazaars, ancient temples, and the best khao soi in Thailand. Either way, this is a night to celebrate the end of a journey that most golfers only dream of completing.
DAY 14 – BANGKOK OR CHIANG MAI | FREE DAY
A full free day in Thailand — the final reward after fourteen days of fairways, temples, border crossings, and memories. Golf bag in storage, schedule cleared. Optional add-ons: a round at one of Bangkok’s elite private courses, a long-tail boat through the Bangkok canals, or a day trip to the ancient capital of Ayutthaya.
DAY 15 – DEPARTURE
Transfer to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport or Chiang Mai International Airport for your international departure. The Indochina Golf Grand Tour is complete.
