DAY 1 – ARRIVE IN HO CHI MINH CITY | SAIGON WELCOME
Land at Tan Son Nhat International Airport and transfer by private car to your hotel in the heart of District 1 — Saigon’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhood, where French colonial boulevards, glass towers, rooftop bars, and street food vendors occupy the same city block without apparent contradiction. A walk down Dong Khoi Street past the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office designed by Gustave Eiffel, and the Opera House sets the scene. Meet your golf concierge for a welcome briefing before dinner at a rooftop restaurant above District 1.
DAY 2 – HO CHI MINH CITY | ROUND 1 AT LONG THANH GOLF CLUB
An early morning transfer southeast of the city to Long Thanh Golf Club — consistently rated the number one golf course in Vietnam. Set across 300 hectares of gently rolling terrain with three distinct 18-hole courses, mature tree-lined fairways, natural lakes, and immaculate bentgrass greens maintained to international tournament standard. Long Thanh delivers the kind of unhurried, well-staffed golf experience that justifies its reputation entirely. Return to the city in the early afternoon for an electric buggy tour through Saigon’s colonial landmarks.
DAY 3 – HO CHI MINH CITY | ROUND 2 AT VIETNAM GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB & TRANSFER TO HO TRAM
Morning round at Vietnam Golf & Country Club — one of the founding courses of Vietnamese golf and host to multiple Asian Tour events. The West Course is the signature layout: a mature parkland design with generous fairways, strategically positioned water hazards, and a closing stretch that has decided many a tournament scorecard. After your round and a relaxed clubhouse lunch, transfer southeast toward the coast — approximately two hours from the city. Arrive at Ho Tram in the late afternoon, check in to your beachfront resort, and walk directly onto one of the South China Sea’s most beautiful stretches of coastline.
DAY 4 – HO TRAM | ROUND 3 AT THE BLUFFS HO TRAM STRIP
The marquee round of the tour and one of the great golf experiences in Asia. The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip was designed by Greg Norman and opened to immediate international acclaim — ranked among the top 100 courses in the world outside the United States by Golf Digest, and the finest links-style layout in Southeast Asia. The course sits on dramatic bluffs above the South China Sea, its fairways rolling through natural coastal dunes and dense casuarina forest, with the ocean visible and audible from nearly every hole. The afternoon is entirely unscheduled: the beach, the infinity pool, a massage at the resort spa.
DAY 5 – HO TRAM | ROUND 4 AT IRON HILLS GOLF CLUB & SPA DAY
Morning round at Iron Hills Golf Club — a contemporary 18-hole layout within the Ho Tram integrated resort complex. Iron Hills is a parkland course in character: sculpted fairways, manicured greens, and a well-paced round that suits mixed-handicap groups looking for an enjoyable final competitive day. After your round, the afternoon belongs entirely to the resort: a full spa treatment using traditional Vietnamese healing ingredients — ginger, lemongrass, and Hoi An silk. Dinner at leisure at the resort’s beachfront restaurant.
DAY 6 – HO TRAM | MEKONG DELTA EXCURSION & RETURN TO SAIGON
A morning excursion west into the Mekong Delta — one of the most fertile and densely inhabited river systems on earth. Board a wooden sampan for a slow cruise along the quieter tributaries: past riverside workshops where coconut candy is made by hand over open fires, through orchards of longan, rambutan, and dragon fruit. Lunch at a local family home — a spread of river fish, fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, and rice. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon. A final evening in Saigon at a celebrated contemporary Vietnamese restaurant in the Thao Dien neighborhood of District 2.
DAY 7 – HO CHI MINH CITY | DEPARTURE
A final Saigon morning — ca phe sua da at a pavement cafe, a last walk through Ben Thanh Market — before private transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your onward flight. Optional extension: 3 nights on Phu Quoc Island — Vietnam’s largest island off the Gulf of Thailand coast, with white sand beaches, clear water, and a growing selection of luxury resort properties.
